Quality & inspection

Quality begins with
the requirement.

The applicable technical data and contract requirements define acceptance. Our approach centers on configuration control, traceability, inspection, and the records needed to support delivery.

Configuration & traceability

The part number, drawing revision, materials, and purchased components need to match the agreed requirement. We coordinate configuration and traceability needs through sourcing and manufacturing.

Inspection planning

Inspection and test scope are established from the technical and contract requirements. Dimensional verification, applicable specialized inspection, and required acceptance documentation are addressed in that plan.

Manufacturing partner coordination

Partner capabilities and applicable quality requirements are reviewed against the job. Required supplier documentation, inspection responsibilities, and records are defined as part of the execution approach.

First article & retained records

First article requirements, calibrated inspection equipment, and retained inspection records are coordinated as applicable. The required evidence is considered before production and reviewed through delivery.
